Step 1 - Download ConnectLife mobile app

  • Download the ConnectLife Laundry app directly from your application store platform or by clicking the link buttons here.

Step 2 - Create an account

  • Create a new ConnectLife Laundry account using your email address and set a strong password. Read and agree to the necessary Terms & Conditions and legal documents.

    NOTE: This account can not be the same as the owners account. 

  • You will receive a verification code on your email, enter it in mobile app.

Step 3 – Book the time slot

  • Under “Book now”, select the nearest or your favorite laundry room, choose the time slot and reserve it.

Step 4 – Begin your wash

  • When you're ready to use the appliance, select your reservation under “My bookings” in ConnectLife Laundry app, and tap “Unlock appliance”.
  • Scan the QR code and follow in-app instructions to remotely start the program.
  • The appliance will start the selected washing program and you can easily monitor its progress from your mobile phone.
